Artwork & editions

All artworks, sculptures, prints, and objects are created by Mass Medium Studio unless otherwise stated.

• Limited-edition works are produced in fixed quantities and will not be reproduced beyond the stated edition size.

• Edition numbers are indicated as x of y (e.g. 1 of 3).

• An artist’s proof or studio copy may be retained unless explicitly stated otherwise.

• Minor variations may occur in handmade or experimental works and are considered part of the work’s character.

Pricing

All prices are listed in AUD unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice. Any applicable taxes or shipping costs will be clearly displayed at checkout.

Orders & payment

Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully processed through a secure third-party payment provider. Mass Medium Studio does not store payment information.

Shipping

Shipping times may vary depending on the nature of the work.

• Sculptures and one-off works may require additional handling time.

• Buyers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

• Mass Medium Studio is not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs.

Returns & refunds

Due to the limited, collectible, and often handmade nature of the work:

• All sales are final, unless the item arrives damaged or faulty.

• If an artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the damage.

• Approved refunds or replacements will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Copyright & intellectual property

All content on this website — including artworks, images, text, branding, and design — is the intellectual property of Mass Medium Studio.

• Purchasing an artwork does not transfer copyright.

• Artworks may not be reproduced, resold, or used commercially without written permission.

• Images may not be used for AI training, NFTs, or derivative works without consent.

AI-assisted works

Where applicable, AI may be used as part of the conceptual or production process. Final artworks are curated, edited, and authored by Mass Medium Studio. Ownership and copyright remain with the studio.

Commissions & collaborations

Terms for commissions or collaborative projects will be agreed upon separately in writing and are not covered by these general terms.

Liability

Mass Medium Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or purchased works, except where required by law.

Changes to terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time. Continued use of the site indicates acceptance of any changes.
