Glass, ceramic dishes, 3D printed PLA, texture paste, gloss gel medium, acrylic paint, oil paint on board.

Inspired by the sporadic feelings associated with stacking dishes. Loud clanging, forcing tessellation, a desire to do anything else. The moments of frustration, disgust, catharsis, all captured through unpredictable, incomplete, scattered pieces of different mediums.

The result is a work that somewhat screams at the viewer. It’s a permanent state of tactile chaos that can evoke contradictory feelings of disgust as well as pleasure that it does not have to be interacted with.
